Domain
Agreement terms
- Scope. This agreement covers the website above and any add-ons ticked. Other work is quoted separately.
- Images. All people shown in photos and graphics on the website will be black Nigerians only.
- Payment. The build costs ₦800,000 plus any add-ons chosen before work starts. 70% is paid before work starts and 30% when the website is finished, before it goes live. Add-ons requested later are paid in full before that work begins.
- Upfront payment. It is not refundable once work has started.
- Domain. The client chooses .com or .ng and confirms it before the build begins.
- Hosting and domain. ₦80,000 per year, billed separately, starting from launch.
- Management. ₦50,000 per month, billed separately, starting from launch.
- Revisions. 3 free rounds. A round is one combined list of changes. Extra rounds cost ₦10,000 each.
- Client’s part. The client supplies product details, prices and any photos, and gives feedback promptly.
- Delays. If the client is late with photos, details, payments or feedback, delivery dates pause until received.
- Ownership. The website becomes the client’s once the full build price is paid. Until then it belongs to Kinetiq Dev.
- Payment provider fees. Fees charged by payment providers on customer transactions are paid by the client.
